Mark Burkholder 		Now they are turning their debt into equity and trying to negotiate handing the company over to their creditors who would become majority shareholders. Everyone I have heard from feels it is just a matter of time before they liquidate and customers receive 30 day notifications to disconnect services. Any thoughts?
