Ken Hilving | | I think there are some real opportunities with the Web 2.0 concept. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_2.0) The social aspect is very important to most people, which is why successful sales people build personal relationships ahead of business relationships, and why a salesperson's "Rolodex" is so valuable.
The problem with things like Squidoo, IMHO, is that they are more about information than relations, and having multiple sites with the same packaged pages (common MLM approach) benefits the founders and perhaps a few early members only. This misses the whole opportunity Web 2.0 usage presents.
